Remove the pot from the water and allow it to dry thoroughly. The water retained in the clay provides the moisture necessary for cooking.Step 2 - Season your pot in these 3 simple steps1. Fill the pot 1/4 way up with water.2. Add 1 tbsp of any flour . For Large and X-Large pot, use 2 tbsp.3. Stir, cover, and cook on low to medium heat till it thickens to a broth .4.
