Eppicotispai garganelli stripper and gnocchi board, one utensil for both uses. Garganelli (garga-nay-lee) are a very rare italian homemade pasta. They require a lot of work, but with this tool the work get easier. Take a 2-inch square rolled dough piece, roll from one corner to the opposite corner using the mini rolling pin and give to the garganello two pointed edges.
